Smara tray

Smara is a decorative bowl handcrafted in terracotta, with a surface treated using Tadelakt - a traditional technique rooted in Moroccan craftsmanship. The name “Tadelakt” comes from the Arabic word tadleek, meaning to rub or massage, referring to the time-consuming process of polishing the surface with olive soap to achieve a smooth, glossy finish. Each bowl has natural variations in shape, color, and size. The surface develops a rich patina over time, especially when exposed to sunlight.
